I managed to get the current AMD Radeon Crimson Edition 16.2 Hotfix working with a Mac Pros FirePro D700! AMD FirePro D300 and D500 should also work but I couldn’t test it.
Windows 10 64-bit is running with the modded Radeon Crimson Edition 16.2 on Mac Pro’s FirePro D700. As this is a modded driver it is not signed and therefore Windows only installs the driver if signed driver check is disabled.
I need to do some more testing, if this goes well I will make the driver available to all.
